Why do you create?

I have always enjoyed beautiful items, spaces, and buildings. I have realized they bring happiness to my life. If this brings happiness and joy to my life I am sure there are many more like me. I have worked in the design business for over ten years and have enjoyed the ride because I can combine my creative side with my business competence there. I see Psychological Safety as one of the most valuable features of a company or a team. I can not emphasize its importance enough to get the best out of any team working or to get the best possible results. It takes courage, the ability to really listen, and even be vulnerable as a leader or as a teammate.

Sales and business-driven leader who has over 10 years of work experience in the furniture design business. I have graduated with a BBA and MBA and had a lot of feedback for being a humble and down-to-earth speaker.
