Bio:

II am a creative leader and gentle disruptor dedicated to building inclusive and sustainable environments where people and ideas thrive.  I have wiover 15 years of experience in artist relations, executive production, and leadership, I have helped shape some of Finland’s most respected live events, including Flow Festival and Pori Jazz.

While I have played a key role in making live events and creative workplaces more inclusive, sustainable, and efficient, my expertise extends beyond the industry, and I apply my knowledge to broader creative fields.  I am passionate about facilitating conversations that challenge the status quo and ensuring that artists, teams, and communities feel truly seen, heard, and valued.

I am also the author of Backstage – Artist Liaison’s Handbook (2022), a practical guide to the behind-the-scenes world of live music. My contributions to the industry have been widely recognized and I was named Professional of the Year in Arts by The Art and Culture Professionals’ Trade Union TAKU in 2019 and Production Manager of the Year by Women in Live Music in 2019 and by Music x Media in 2022.
